Express Entry scoring

Express Entry CRS Calculator & Point Grid

Use this grid to understand how Express Entry candidates are ranked. The maximum CRS score is 1,200 points. This is different from the Federal Skilled Worker 67-point eligibility test.

Understand where you stand

We can assess your CRS score and help you improve it.

The CRS calculation can be complicated, and knowing your present score is only the beginning. We explain how every factor applies, compare both spouses, identify realistic ways to earn more points and advise you about language improvement, education, Canadian work experience, provincial nomination and category-based occupational selection.

We also help clients prepare and submit an accurate Express Entry profile so they can enter the pool and be considered for selection. The information entered must be complete, consistent and supported by the documents that will be required if an invitation is issued.

Current-rule note: IRCC removed CRS points for arranged employment on March 25, 2025. The uploaded 2019 assessment sheet remains available below as a historical reference, but its 50- and 200-point job-offer entries are no longer current.
